When running android builds on HTC HD2, some applications fail to install

When running android builds on HTC HD2, some applications from android market (like angry birds or google sky) fail to install. This applies only when running android builds on HTC HD2 phone.

The problem is related with the SD card, so you need to unmount it, install the app, and then mount the SD card again.

Instructions:
- Unmount the SD card. Press the Menu key when you're at the Home screen, select "Settings" then "SD & phone storage" and select "Unmount SD card"
- Install your selected app from Android Market (wait until the installation completes successfully)
- Mount the SD Card again. Press the Menu key when you're at the Home screen, select "Settings" then "SD & phone storage" and select "Mount SD card"
